Do I need to submit any written documents prior to my consultation?
It is not required, and the attorney may or may not review documents prior to the initial consultation, but it is generally recommended that you have any documentation in question or that supports your position available to email or drop off to the attorney in advance of your consultation, if possible.
How long does a court case take from start to finish?
It is impossible to predict how long any case will take from start to finish. It depends largely on the type of case and the Court’s docket, as well as the willingness of the parties to cooperate.
Do you take contingency fee cases?

Do you take family law cases?
No, we do not take family law cases, other than to act as a mediator.
