Arthur Bistline

Art has practiced law in Northern Idaho for over 25 years. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Idaho in 1991 with a degree in Business Finance, and later received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho College of Law, graduating Cum Laude in 1995.

He has been admitted to the State of Idaho, Idaho Federal Court, the Federal Court of Claims, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

Art’s practice areas include contracts, construction defects, property, real estate, and estate litigation. As a rural attorney, Art is experienced in transactional work, as well as multiple areas of litigation.

Sharon Oyler and Nichole Foreman share over 50 years of combined paralegal experience. As our clients’ primary point of contact, they always make sure that every client’s needs are being met. Nichole is based in our Coeur d’Alene office. Sharon is primarily assigned to administrative and billing tasks.
